What it isn't
This is not hand-dyed artisan floss and it isn't priced like it. If you want silk, or small-batch overdyed skeins with lot numbers, buy those — they are lovely and they are a different product.
What we make is dependable cotton floss in a wide range of colours, cheap enough that a beginner can afford to waste some learning. That is a real category and we think it's underserved.
